Digital Product Manager

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to assist the CEO in managing clients and the technical team. The job location is 100% remote. As a Digital Project Manager, your primary goal will be to understand clients' workflows, gather their requirements, and transform them into complete User Stories for our development team. You will be the bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring smooth communication and successful project execution.

Your second role is to ensure the smooth running of all phases of development until final delivery of the product.

Your third role is to collaborate closely with the CEO on general administrative, management, and business development activities to help drive the company's growth.

Communication with the Client:
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in writing and verbally.
- Understand and prioritize customer update requests, including urgent bug fixes, updates, and integrations of new concepts.
- Summarize meetings with clients in clear reports.
- Convert customer requests into comprehensive User Stories by collaborating with the technical team and the CEO.

SaaS conceptualization:
- Design and define a SaaS concept aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Research suitable AI solutions for SaaS functionalities and envision the integration into the product architecture.

Writing Technical Briefs:
- Translate specifications into Scrum Sprints for the development team, ensuring coherent development organization.
- Conceptualize additional elements such as new databases or UX mock-ups, to facilitate updates.

Development Management (in collaboration with the QA Engineer / Scrum Master):
- Apply Agile methods to organize the developer schedule and track Sprints.
- Conduct final verifications, especially for critical tasks, to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Proactively propose improvements, anticipate additional features, and maintain a Backlog file for client recommendations.

Product Owner:
- Assume the role of Agile Product Owner for applications, with a comprehensive understanding of features, database structure, and data.
- Collaborate with the QA Engineer to write application documentation.

Customer Prospecting (in collaboration with the Sales Representative):
- Conduct prospecting calls and clearly present our service offerings.
- Build tailored proposals that address the specific needs of each prospect.
- Convert prospects into clients through well-prepared closing calls.
- Ensure consistent and effective follow-up communication.

We build each SaaS product using our own development framework, integrating the specific requirements of each client. Every module is fully customized to meet their operational needs. And we incorporate AI-powered features to further enhance functionality and performance.

Our commitment extends beyond initial development. We engage in the continuous refinement of these applications, aiming to increase performance, minimize operational frictions, and facilitate time savings for both staff and management. This empowers our clients to redirect their focus towards business growth activities, rather than maintenance.

Our team consists of a project manager (CEO), three web developers, a QA engineer, a graphic designer, a sales representative, and a network technician.
